Number Portability Terms

Important information about the process of porting your number

What you should know about portability

By requesting portability, you accept the following conditions governing the transfer of your number to Taraji Mobile.

1

Portability timeframe

The porting of your number takes place within a nominal period of 6 business days. You will receive an SMS confirming the date and time of porting. A service interruption of up to 4 hours may occur on the day of transfer.

2

Right of withdrawal

You have 24 hours to cancel your portability request. Cancellation must be made exclusively with Taraji Mobile.

3

Eligibility conditions

  • You must be the contract holder or their official representative
  • Your number must be active at the time of porting
  • No other portability request must be in progress for this number
4

Contractual status

  • You must not be under a commitment period with your current operator
  • All your bills must be settled with your former operator
5

Contract termination

Termination of your old contract occurs only on the effective date of the porting. You remain liable for all obligations, including payment, until that date.

6

Liability

Taraji Mobile cannot be held responsible if your current operator refuses the transfer of your number. In such cases, the portability request will be cancelled.

7

Transfer of services

Portability does not include transferring ancillary services (plans, options, etc.) you have with your current operator. These services must be subscribed again with Taraji Mobile.

1

If porting fails

If portability does not succeed, you remain a customer of your current operator and subject to existing contractual obligations.

By ticking the acceptance box in the form, you acknowledge having read and accepted all these conditions. Any complaint related to the execution of portability must be addressed to Taraji Mobile.
